This series contains map blueprints and the environmental assessments for proposed construction of Army National Guard armories and organizational maintenance shops. The oversize maps are location plans for armories in Cullman, Talladega, Clay, Marion, Walker, Dale, Lauderdale, Tuscaloosa, Lee, and Elmore counties. The environmental assessments cover the towns of Brundidge, Tuscaloosa, Opelika, Florence, Ozark, Tallassee, Jasper, Talladega, Arab, Ashland, and Winfield. This series documents plans for the establishment of National Guard armories in the state.
